What to Expect on Your Orientation Day
For Sunday Class Students:
If you signed up for Sunday Classes, your Orientation would be held on Sunday, a week before your first day of school.
For Wednesday Class Students:
If you signed up for Wednesday Classes, your Orientation would be held on Wednesday, a week before your first day of school.
9:30 – 10:00 am Meet and greet with Dr. Ranola and Dr. Trieu
10:00 – 11:00 am Dr. Ranola and Dr. Trieu speech, Q and A session
11:00 – 11:15 am Student Networking, Meet and get to know your classmates
11:15 – 11:45 am Q and A with Jasmine, our lead instructor / Director of Education
Where is the orientation?
Orientation day will be hosted at our school in Vancouver, WA. There is parking available in a well-lit parking lot. The facility is located close to public transit. Orientations will be held in our classroom on the upper floor.

Pre-Orientation Day Checklist
DocuSign Sign and complete our enrollment agreement and other relevant documents via DocuSign
Tution Your tuition should be paid before orientation if you choose to pay your tuition upfront or a payment plan should be established for your tuition via our website here.

Scrub fitting Please go to Dress Code in Vancouver and complete your scrub fitting. We recommend complete fitting, ideally 2 weeks before your orientation day. This is because the scrub embroidery has been very backed up and may take longer than two weeks.
